We’re thrilled to share this short film, co-created and co-produced by the Audit Scotland Youth Advisory Panel! We facilitate the panel, and this inspiring video captures their vital contributions to shaping and celebrating the 2024 National Alcohol and Drugs Services Audit.

The Panel’s standout proposal? A bold reimagining of Personal and Social Education (PSE) lessons:
💡 Youth-led, open-ended, and tailored to young people’s needs.
Their innovative approach calls for a national prevention programme to tackle the vaping, drugs, and alcohol crisis head-on.
Comprising 26 young changemakers (aged 10–19) from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Rural Stirlingshire, and Rural Falkirk, the Panel is a testament to the power of meaningful, rights-based youth participation. Their work is an inspiring example of youth leadership in national decision-making.
Special thanks to Fin Films for mentoring and supporting the Panel in producing this incredible video.
